Estimates & Pricing
Quotes are based on the condition and size of the property at the time of the estimate. If conditions change substantially, we'll discuss any pricing change with you before performing the work.
Scheduling
Recurring service is scheduled on a set day each week or every other week. Weather, equipment issues, or holidays may shift your service by a day; we'll notify you when that happens.
Payment
Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise agreed. Accepted payment methods: Cash, Check, Venmo, Cash App, Credit & Debit Cards.
Cancellation
You may pause or cancel recurring service at any time. We ask for notice before your scheduled service day when possible.
